How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking to update. You'll also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you received it.

Yarn Parlour is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office or Delivery Service. Please contact your local Post Office / Delivery service for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS/ Delivery Service is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping. We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.
